Description
I wanted this sunflower painting to be about the energies of the universe so I painted it with flames and small explosions of white spatters to give it a feeling of nebula in outer space. The highlighted blue area in the centre of the flower is loosely in the shape of a crescent moon. Hence the title of the painting, "Sun, Moon and Stars".
